All very well Max, but as I am hosting this essay on Seroxcat's Salon, a publication run by a Brit, for British writer's - I think it's probably irrelevant whether x,y or even z happens in the US.

This is one of the reasons I started this publication actually, Medium is a US based platform, but it has global reach, with an international community of writers.

Simply put, not everything in this world, or even on Medium, is about America(ns).
