I am incredibly supportive of writers, I have been thus for you, but what kind of publisher wouldn't back their editor?

You seem to be labouring under some misunderstandings here.

Firstly, editors and publishers are NOT PAID on Medium. As such, writers wil always earn more for their work, providing someone actually reads it (as this how the payment scheme works here).

Secondly, I am also a writer myself - not that I've had much time for writing since I took on ownership of my publications, as I choose to spend so much time editing (again, VOLUNTARY AND UNPAID).

Lastly, saying this in the spirit of helpful opinion sharing you began, we don't revere writers for their resumes at Counter Arts, though we have some incredibly well qualified people who submit their work to us .If a Pulitzer winner submitted something which seemed to need polishing or redrafting, I would tell them that was .

As you seem to be misunderstanding your own level of importance to CA, let me clear it up for you. Given that you seem to be dissatisfied with the 'service ' you receive from us, I'm going to remove your name from our writer's list to save you future trouble.
