For me, childbirth was just another gynae related nightmare I’m afraid. So much labour pain in my lower back (which fits perfectly with what you said earlier about a tilted uterus and back pain of that kind), a cervix that just refused to dilate beyond a couple of centimetres (glued up with endometriosis) and eventually an emergency c-section, during which baby was fine but I lost a lot of blood and nearly died. (Of course as you say, every experience will be different and some may have no problems at all!)
