I always liked musicals when I was younger and took part in a few (like 'Guys and Dolls') with a local performance group, mainly as a dancer/movement coach.

I've got video somewhere of my child, aged around ten, proudly singing through 'A Modern Major General' - after coming across the song on YouTube, liking it and taking it upon themself to learn it.
