I love 'Hook' SO MUCH. When my 21 year old was little we watched it so many times - and "Bangarang!" became part of our family lexicon, lol.

Obviously, the sheer genius of Robin Williams - his talent at showing emotion (occasionally more than one at once) and comic physicality - was a big part of why the film was such a hit for me. He was amazing, so perfectly human and thoroughly adept at the kind of work which makes me laugh while I'm crying.
