I use the word Beautiful to describe men all the time.

Not all men (haha), but some men absolutely are beautiful - and using a synonym often eels wrong too, because that's not what I want to say, because they are beautiful.

Sometimes - quite often actually - it's an inner beauty that shines through too. They may not necessarily be traditionally gorgeous looking on the surface, physically. Yet there is something, which combined with an inner light really does look like beauty to me.

Some men are just simply physically, facially, beauties though.

I call women handsome too. If I feel it's the appropriate word I use it!
