I'm in my 50s, have suffered severe period pain and debilitating endometriosis for decades (along with other chronic pain and chronic fatigue causing conditions). I've had a similar experience to you, with kidney, bowel and bladder affected, 'chocolate' cysts packed around my ovaries and an umbilical hernia which has only complicated the issues.
