I’ve been trying to work out how to describe the hot flash(flush over here for some reason) experience and the best I can manage is that surely this must be a similar feeling to being microwaved!! The heat beginning to boil deep inside, then spreading outwards — the brain scrambled like eggs in said microwave too!

However we describe it though, this is surely unnecessary? What exactly did we do to deserve *this* particular cruel and unusual punishment?
