… relationship between Tinkerbell and Captain Hook and their wager is just distracting. Finally, the movie never should have been marketed as comedy, and Robin Williams, while always brilliant and high energy, is a serious misstep in the casting of Peter Banning that undercuts the clarity of the film one more time. Audiences associated Williams with comedy and were further led astray from the point.
