So long as the person is indeed governing themselves — are the boys in question having any say in whether they want to engage in sexual acts aged 12? Are they having any say in the choice of who with? Is actual consent involved at the time? Or is the man deciding for them that this is happening and arranging things with a woman who then carries out said sex acts thinking that an erection means that the boys are happily consenting? None of these things really have anything to do with government imposed law, but they are of utmost importance to the boys involved. The words rape, sexual assault, molestation of a minor etc may all be part of a government imposed legal system, but even if we take government control away, these things are still morally and most definitely wrong.
