Thank you Holly. You make some excellent points in this piece of work. On a personal level, I actually think it's superb.

I've been trying to speak and write more about my own experiences - the grooming by a teacher, the gang rape when I was at college ....and on and on.... It's so important, because our speaking up (though some thing I can write about but still can't put voice to) combats the idea that these things don't happen to 'people we know', or only happen to 'certain types' etc. - but I'm preaching to the choir here.
