Thanks Raine, I appreciate you reading my essay and your kind words. It's the kind of illness which so often hits the active and overworked, run down and exhausted. I'm just glad that M.E./post-viral fatigue/chronic fatigue syndrome/'long-covid' are more accepted by society these days. As for my 'original' bout of illness, it seems doomed to remain a mystery.
