That’s the best attitude in my opinion and experience. Make the most of what you can enjoy so you have some quality of life - and to hell with those who tell you it’s not enough.

I can absolutely understand where you're coming from, both my partner and myself have chronic physical conditions and mental health issues of varying degrees between us. It's extremely difficult to cope when the constant messages coming at you are that you're not enough, not trying, could do better - or can improve by trying yoga or X supplement.

Frustrating as hell. Your own comfort is of paramount importance. Look after yourself as best you can and do what’s best for you - only you can know what that is!
