When I think of THE hub of culture, being in the UK, my mind will automatically go to London - but extending worldwide, I would certainly imagine New York.

Aside from being in the wrong country, I simply can't live in cities, I'm a real country mouse, lol, but NYC always really appeals to me especially for that reason. (the arty folks)
